How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders. Currently we are only shipping within the United States only. Things may change in the near future.
When will my order ship?
Some orders ship very quickly. Others have a 24- 48 hour turnaround before shipping. Notification will be sent to your email when I ship your products. All orders ship within 1-5 Business days, excluding Federal Holidays and Sundays.
Delivery Times: First Class Mail (3-5 business days) Priority Mail (2-3 business days) United States ONLY Orders will not be shipped out on Sunday and postal holidays. Orders will be shipped on business days only (Mon-Fri before 5pm ET)
Do you ship international?
No, we currently ship only to the United States via USPS! But that might change as we go along. For More Information Visit USPS.com to check if shipping is available to your region.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you by chance receive incorrect items please contact us immediately so we can resolve your issue.
To complete your return in special approved circumstances, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, pictures of damaged goods. Contact us for immediate assistance at email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples of our products, but most of our products are available in 4 oz sizes.
Are your products organic?
How long do your whipped soaps last with normal use?
A little goes a long way with our whipped soaps! You can expect a 4-8 oz whipped soap to last a month for daily body wash applications.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. Our products and ingredients are never tested on animals.
Are your products good for psoriasis/eczema?We cannot make any medical claims on our products, but they were created to be gentle and healing for many skin conditions. Most clients have experienced great improvements with sensitive skin,r ashes, acne, psoriasis and eczema using our products.
Where do I enter Promo/Discount codes?Promo/Discount codes can be entered at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours after purchase. We cannot cancel any purchases that's been fulfilled.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
Shelf life of our products is 9 Months. Expiration cosmetic icon is found in every product label. However, we do recommend you use them within 6 months to experience supreme quality. In addition, try not to introduce water into the products - use clean and dry hands. Also, keep products out of direct sunlight and store them at or below room temperature. Our products are crafted daily in small batches, not stored for months like some of your bigger brands. You can rest assured that your products will reach you at optimal freshness.
Are your products vegan?
All our products are vegan. Please refer to the Ingredient Dictionary within each product listing so you can make an informed choice about the products you would like to use.
Do your products contain preservatives?
-Any product of ours that has been formulated with water will have a safe, mild preservative (paraben and formaldehyde free) within it. If a product is crafted with water and without a preservative, it will typically start to form bacteria or mold within a matter of days. Many brands promote "preservative free" products, but this is a scientific fact that we will not compromise. Remember, our first goal is to bring you safe, non-toxic products.
